Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to
oversee operational and financial activities of multiple
properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and address issues in a timely manner
Act as primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are
met and reports are delivered
Develop and control annual budgets, forecast management plans, and
prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience,
or a combination of education and experience in Property and
Facilities management
Real Estate License required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
products
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
Ability to handle sensitive and complex information effectively
