Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager of Disease Management.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise Chronic Disease Care Managers, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, and support staff
Establish work procedures and processes in collaboration with the VP of Utilization Management
Monitor and improve case management operations, including system performance and staff audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD codes, and CPT
Demonstrated management experience in selecting and leading teams
Experience in mentoring and coaching staff
Able to teach remotely effectively
