Job Description:
Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Urgent Need Preferred Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8a-5p FP but open to Part Time candidates with a 2 day per
week minimum requirement Worksite Setting: PACE Program -
Geriatrics / Older patient experience preferred; outpatient, acute
care, clinic Scope of Work: Patient physicals, health appraisals,
physical evaluations, labwork, x-rays, consultations and referrals;
immunizations, acute care, management of complex or chronic
problems, consults with physicians, review labs, active
participation in quality management programs; experience with older
adults preferred; bilingual preferred (Spanish) Licenses,
Certifications, Requirements: BC in Adult/Family/Pediatric/Women's
Health NP, State License, experience with computer based systems is
required Electronic Medical Records exp. preferred EMR: EPIC Posted
