Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in leading the kitchen team,
ensuring the consistent quality of food preparation, and
maintaining the high standards our club is known for. Job
Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous
Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
culinary background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for
fine dining. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive
Chef to manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring a
smooth, efficient, and creative workflow. This role is perfect for
a skilled chef looking to take the next step in their career and be
a vital part of a dynamic and forward-thinking culinary team. Key
Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning,
development, and daily execution of all dishes Lead kitchen staff
during service, ensuring food is prepared to the highest quality
and in a timely manner Supervise and train line cooks and other
kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency Oversee food
preparation, cooking, and presentation while maintaining club
standards Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food
costs Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation
regulations in the kitchen Collaborate with the Executive Chef on
special events, seasonal menus, and member requests Contribute to
maintaining a positive, creative, and organized kitchen environment
Step in to cover the Executive Chef's duties during absences or
busy periods Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a similar
role, ideally in a high-end restaurant or club setting Strong
culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation
techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation Proven leadership and
team management abilities Strong organizational skills and the
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food
safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment maintenance Experience
with menu planning, food costing, and inventory management Culinary
degree or certification preferred, but not required Flexibility to
work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits:
