Job Description:

Well know Nutrition/Fitness Company is looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep who has nutritional supplements, products or fitness background. The ideal candidate is into health as this company sells nutritional bars and supplements. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed sales goals by expanding distribution, improving product placement, maintaining all items in stock, ensuring proper pricing, effectively running promotions and opening new accounts. Maintain regular contact with all assigned accounts in an effort to cultivate long-term strategic partnerships. Log all communications with customers and customer contacts in CRM system.

Properly and accurately process all purchase orders. Relative to your territory, have a keen understanding of product forecasts, sales trends, and performance. Quickly resolve any issues or problems that may occur. Answer customers? questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms. Act proactively to create opportunities for new business. Build territory and achieve sales goals. Make at least 30 outbound calls per day.
