Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Clinician: LCSW, LICSW, or
LMSW in Mental Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based interventions using the Collaborative Care
Model
Collaborate with primary care providers and other behavioral health
professionals
Utilize technology platforms to deliver brief interventions in
various medical settings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from
an accredited program
Licensed to practice as a Social Worker under supervision in
Connecticut or equivalent
Must apply for a Connecticut social work license upon hiring
Successful completion of the ASWB examination
Experience with behavioral health screening tools is preferred
