Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Optimization Team Lead to join
their RCM team focused on driving efficiencies and improving
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between team contributors and stakeholders to
enhance processes and outcomes
Lead new processes and deliverables, collaborating with various
teams for optimal results
Provide training for new specialists and assist the director with
client assignment distribution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
5+ years of relevant experience required
Preferred experience in billing, coding, or healthcare
administration
Experience with billing, coding, payer processes, and SAAS is
preferred
Ability to assist in the evolution of processes as business needs
arise
