A company is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to enhance
shareholder value and public awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy and
framework
Articulate the company's strategy and financial performance to the
investor community
Lead competitive benchmarking and collaborate with public relations
resources for media strategy
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in investor relations, sell-side equity
research, or investment management
Experience supporting CEO and CFO in investor and analyst
conferences
Strong financial and investment analysis capabilities, including
financial modeling
Proven ability to build relationships with sell-side analysts and
investors
Notable executive presence and ability to confidently discuss the
company's vision
