Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Standards Lead to lead global
quality and standards initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage quality requirements across various
supply types
Measure and analyze supply performance in collaboration with Data
Science and Product teams
Identify and address ongoing gaps in quality management across the
business
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in quality operations, management
consulting, or project management
Proven track record in global operational initiatives with
impactful results
Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt priorities quickly
Experience in navigating matrixed organizations and building senior
relationships
Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with data and SQL
knowledge is a plus
