Job Description:

a Quality Control Inspector in the City of Gardena!As a Quality
Control Inspector you will:
- Perform in process, receiving, final, and first article
inspections using customer drawings to determine compliance and
record inspection status on QC record
- Proficient with measurement & inspection equipment
(microscopes, calipers, multi-meters, ohm meters)
- Inspection of electronic assy's, Harnesses and enclosures to
IPC-610, WHMA620 and ANSI-J-001 class 3 requirements
- Understanding of ANSI-J-001 Class 3 requirements for soldering
SMT devices to PCB's and inspection under a microscope
- Knowledge of soldering, routing and attaching (using adhesive)
of jumper's wires to PCB's.
- Thorough understanding of PCB assembly drawings and related
documents: ECN's, assembly instructions, and travelors
- Proficient using microscopes for inspectionThis is a Full Time
OpportunityThe ideal candidate will have:
- Must have previous experience in an EMS or OEM environment
- Education Level - High School
- Minimum 5 year's experience in electronics manufacturing.

- Mechanical inspection and ability to interpret Blue prints and
Assembly instructions
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 or AS9100, NADCAP-certified
electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience inspecting printed circuit board assemblies to
IPC-A-610 and IPC-JSTD-001 standards
- Must be proficient in English including the ability to
communicate with all departments in the company
- Knowledge of military and or commercial electronics and
components --- Knowledge of ANSI-J-001ES and NASA std 9739.1 a
plusOTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with most tools and equipment in a machine shop,
including Lathes, Grinders, Saws, Deburring Equipment, Various
Measuring Tools, Must be able to read and write in
English.Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pmPay Rate: $25.00 -
$28.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be
based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
