Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Compliance Monitoring & Testing
Specialist (Remote - WA, OR, CA, ID).
Key Responsibilities
Gather and prepare accurate data for 1071, HMDA, and CRA
reporting
Assist in testing compliance regulations for accuracy and
completeness
Document findings and provide administrative support to the
department
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2 or more years of experience in Compliance, CRA, or related
fields
Knowledge of Commercial, Small Business, and Consumer lending
regulations
Ability to perform data extracts and manage database
applications
Familiarity with regulatory processes and compliance
requirements
