Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Outreach Specialist -
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Establish positive, long-term relationships with physicians and
medical groups through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct outreach to provider groups regarding tools and programs
aimed at improving care quality for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid,
and ACA Members
Support Risk and Quality Client Programs by ensuring accurate data
delivery and assisting providers with understanding payment
methodologies and documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of experience with Medicare
Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs
1+ years of Provider Support experience in a high-volume
setting
6+ months of experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA
programs
6+ months of experience working within a HIPAA environment
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint,
and Word
