Job Description:
A company is looking for a Guest Connections Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the voice of the company through various communication
methods, including email, chat, and phone
Resolve guest grievances and inquiries while providing information
about services and policies
Manage incident cases and assist with ticketing and reservation
inquiries
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a guest/customer service role
Proficient computer skills with the ability to type approximately
40 words per minute
Basic math skills
Must be at least 18 years old
High School level proficiency in English, both written and
spoken
