Description:Tayani Institute is seeking a dynamic, experienced, energetic and knowledgeable full-time Medical Biller with Ophthalmology experience to work in our growing and thriving Ophthalmology/Optometry practice. Our practice provides a broad array of ophthalmology, optometry, optical, and plastic surgery services. We are a high volume, fast paced practice offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working insurance and patient A/R
• Posting insurance payments
• Daily billing: HMO, Medicare, PPO
• Answer phones, address patient billing questions and resolve
• Follow daily task, and manage time appropriatelyPM22Requirements:1.Team player and willing to share all applicable knowledge2. The ability to work independently, and confident 3. Experience with Ophthalmology billing (required).4. Knowledge of how PPO, HMO, Medi-Cal & Medicare works5. Understand medical benefits, and how to verify and calculate benefits6.
